High Purity 99.999% Europium Chloride Hydrate EuCl3 6H2O CAS 13759-92-7
product detail
Name: Europium chloride hydrate Molecular formula: EuCl3.6H2O
CAS: 13759-92-7 Molecular weight: 366.41
Description: Heating the hydrate of europium chloride alone may result in hydrolysis of a small part of the product and loss of water at 110 ℃. Europium Chloride is soluble in water and acid, slightly soluble in ethanol. A proper amount of europium oxide is dissolved in an excess of 2mol / L HCl, further concentrated after a few hours of heating reaction, and the precipitated crystal is europium chloride hydrate after a few weeks in a desiccator filled with anhydrous calcium sulfate.
